Edelle has a strong administration background and holds a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. She has worked for Craemill for over 10 years now, having started her career here as a Farm receptionist in our Coagh branch. After gaining years of valuable experience in Farm, she wanted to extend her knowledge of the business to include working in our small animal clinic where she has now progressed to Practice Manager.
As a Practice Manager Edelle, works closely with Wilma Clarke our other Practice Manager, and is responsible for the day to day running of the clinics and supporting staff and clients. She is currently involved in the preparation of the practice working towards obtaining RCVS Practice Standard accreditation.
She is passionate about all things human resources and bringing out the best potential in her colleagues. She enjoys working as part of a team and loves the fact that no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, Edelle enjoys walking with her miniature schnauzer, Sam, hiking and connecting with people.
